Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used press-on nails.
We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The item is significantly different from the description
Return Request
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display
